Remember to toggle press Fn + F10 (both together) to get either the laptop display only, external display only or both displays on together. If the external display doesn’t work either then you have a motherboard problem....

Chosen Solution I have a 55” LG tv and it has evenly spaced vertical lines across the whole screen. They are static-y in appearance, so it looks like the whole screen went through a faulty printer that skipped ink or something. The lines only appear on images from the input, and not anything Menu related to the tv (No Input message, Menu options, Logo, etc.) I have replaced the T con board and that did not fix the issue....
