Chosen Solution Hi All, How can I fix a stripped Table Leg? The leg has built metal treads, leg is stripped and no longer stays in. Take any thread(the kind you sew clothes with) and wrap it around the stripped side of nut counter clock wise. Go around the nut with thread (if thread Is pretty thin) counterclockwise at least 4 times and than screw it in to other piece.
Chosen Solution The display cable has a break at the left hinge location where it flexes every time the lid is opened or closed. I can’t figure out how to get to the break. It is the MSI GP70 2Pe Leopard. I assume, I need to get into the motherboard to unplug it first in order to try and repair or replace it. Thanks for all help! Chosen Solution Belt jumped off due to an ice chunk and im having quite the time figuring out how to release/adjust the tension. I don’t think you do, the serpentine has a tensioner. If anything isn’t spinning, the bearing in the accessory are toast, most likely.

If only the touchscreen is the problem, then follow this guide and replace it. You can find them for pretty cheap on ebay or Aliexpress. If you also need to replace the LCD panel, look for a combo that also includes the touchscreen digitizer.
