Chosen Solution The Pixel Slate Folio keyboard appears to get wear on the ribbon cable in the flexible hinge. It would be nice to be able to replace the cable. I’m having a connection issue as well. I was looking for a tear down so I can try to repair it myself without irreparably damaging the keyboard. Let me know if you found something. Chosen Solution My hinge seems a little loose and it wiggles once it’s open. Is it possible to tighten it? It must be under the warranty.Let Microsoft handle it. All surface hinges wiggle somewhat, but they shouldn’t travel more than 2 fingernail widths.

Chosen Solution So I have an iPhone 7+ I’m repairing for a customer and one of the star shaped screws on the bottom of the iPhone is stripped and no matter what I do I can’t get it to come out, at one point it was turning but it wasn’t unscrewing. Chosen Solution How do I replace the splash guard on my disposal unit without having to dismantle the entire unit? You have to detach it from the sink. Disconnect the discharge hose, unplug the power cord, and work on it outside the sink. It’s a god idea to preorder the splash guard first, so the sink is not out of commission for long. If you are talking about the rubber piece right at the top of the garbage disposal, you simply take a flat head screwdriver or needle nose pliers and pull it out and insert the new one....

Chosen Solution I want to make it clear before i began is NO I DID NOT REPLACE THE HOME BUTTON , home button is still original. i replaced the screen, turned on phone home button works just fine but touch id doesn’t, so i opened it back up to make sure flex wasn’t damaged and seated properly, it is seated properly and there is no damage to flex cable, there was one link i stumbled upon when googling this issue was someone somewhere mentioned something about once you open there is chance that touch id doesn’t ground properly, therefore home button works but touch id doesnt, can any one verify this?...
