Chosen Solution I did a screen replacement of my own and got kinda sloppy. Didn’t realize that there was a rubber around the home button and i accidentally ripped it off. Is there a way around this? Thanks. It will work without it, but you break the water resistance in multiple areas. Don’t get the phone wet and it’ll be fine. That said, I would replace the seal if at all possible or at least try and salvage the bad one....

Chosen Solution Words on screen are incomplete, such as- ords on screen are incomplete The crawl on news channels only shows the top half. What should I do to set picture to fill screen and not exceed screen? It’s your cable provider. Example if you have time Warner, charter, etc go to menu then screen size and turn zoom 1 off…use stretch and should fix the issue. You could go to the settings menu then to picture....

Chosen Solution How do i reinstall the OS in my asus laptop? With the restore CD that came with your laptop. If you no longer have it (or never did) you can get it from Asus support. In some cases you can even download it as an iso and burn it to a CD if you have acces to a 2nd computer. That way you’re not waiting on Asus and the mail....

Chosen Solution I stripped one of the screws in back of my steam deck any ideas how to get it off? A magnetic screwdriver gently handled can sometimes let you get it out far enough to grab and pry (twisting) out. On reassembly a nylon or wooden toothpick or splinter placed in the hole may serve to let the screw bite if it is the type that grips the plastic rather than a metal insert....

It is possible to do a lcd replacement but very very hard to do due to the very slim design of this model> you are better of with doing a full assembly swap is a “bit expensive” but this way you are sure to get it right from the first time

The standby light would come on When plugged into the wall however nothing was displayed on the screen and the backlight would not even turn on. After ordering a repair kit from thetvguy.com and replacing the main board powerboard, backlight driver board, and another smaller auxiliary board (off of the main board) the TV would boot up the backlight would turn on....

Chosen Solution I removed the clip from the heating element so it would slid in the clip is located on the right side of the element. Is this clip necessary ? Dryer runs still doesn’t heat The heating element expand and contract. The clip help hold them in place so they don’t end up touching the covers walls and shorting out. You might get away with just one being missing but it also might short it out and necessitate replacing it....
Chosen Solution I have an Audi a6, year 2000. My breaks were locking up every now and then and my break pedal was super tight. I did some research and found that i had to replace my abs sensors. I did that and now my breaks are acting the total opposite. My break pedal goes all the way to the floor and it is hard to stop my car.
