Chosen Solution The machine ran so hot that the thermal protection switch popped(audiblyl). After a cool down period the machine could be restarted. One final pop and now the machine is dead. Chosen Solution How do I replace an EGR vacuum solenoid? Was this determination based on a scan tool ? Do you hv a code ? If you know the location of the valve first unplug it look inside of the sockets for corrosion, if there is get so deoxit and sprayinside to remove it determine if there is power to the valve with a test light don’t just throw money at it diagnose first ok

Update (06/10/2022) For the Razer Blade 15 2020 laptop (RZ09-03519E11) the serial number for the screen is B156HAN13.0 and I bought a new replacement on https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/. I also bought 2mm and 8mm double sided tape for the screen and bezel on amazon. The video that was recommended helped a ton....

Chosen Solution I have a Lenovo 330 15IGM. (I believe it’s the 15IGM, no where on this laptop is there anything more descriptive than Ideapad 330.) I replaced a broken hinge and display back cover. The new back cover came with and I used the new WiFi and LCD cables. I repaired everything fine, however I forgot to disconnect the internal battery! As I was attaching the LCD cable to the motherboard, it wasn’t straight at first I could smell the dreaded burning plastic/electronics odor....

I wanted to see what was actually happening during a “normal” cycle so I unscrewed the lid lock and placed it in the lock slot with the lid left open. Chosen Solution It worked well for a year or so, then we noticed that it made a very high pitched noise like the fan was overspeeding. Also, the debris that we sucked up was shooting out the rear screen. B&D sent us a new unit, but I’m wondering if this one can’t be fixed? On the new one, when it’s switched on, the fan turns on immediately, the broken one sort of “spools up” instead of starting at max power, but then seems to overspeed....
Chosen Solution My washer is against the wall, but the dryer is too far away from the wall. Any way to bring it closer? You’ll need some dryer vent hose and a couple of clamps to keep it in place. Chosen Solution Safari keeps demanding I enter PW for Keychain Access. I do not think I ever had one. Have never used Keychain previously. I use 1Password. Perhaps there is a default PW for Keychain PW? Your keychain access password is the same as your login password.
Chosen Solution How do I back out stripped screws? Use a drill bit that’s about the same diameter as you think the screw thread is, then just drill into it via the screwhead. Eventually it’ll ‘catch’ and you can put the drill into reverse and extract the screw.

How do I remove the dust so I get clear pictures? @hkdennisjr the sensor is behind the flex which connects to the lens. Can someone help me out? Spread it in a nice even film like mayonnaise. If anything squeezes out wipe it off. You want contact with the whole chip for the best heat transfer....
