Go to p.85 to view the necessary pre-requiste steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display cable. This will allow you to check if it the cable is loose on the motherboard, damaged where it passes through the hinge to get to the lid or perhaps is loose where it connects to the webcam....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6S with it’s home button not working. The home button is normally clickable and clean and TouchID works fine, but the click itself don’t registers any clicks. I tried to remove the home button module and clean it with alcohol, it worked for about an hour and then it got slowly unresponsive and after a day it got again completely unresponsive. I think it has to do with the contacts on the “clicking” part of the home button, maybe it has lost it’s conductance....
Chosen Solution The Chromebook’s hinge is very loose and the screen keeps falling whenever set to an angle greater than around 100 degrees relative to the keyboard surface. Is there any way I can tighten the hinge to prevent this from happening? Start with tightening the lower chassis screws to see if the issue goes away, since it’s least invasive. That said, it can also be the screws inside the LCD assembly, but the issue is the procedure to tighten those is more invasive, and you need to be careful to avoid damaging the LCD - and watch for tape around the frame that’s used to secure it inside....

All the keys in middle of the keyboard and sunken, and it is due to having a lack of support under the keyboard., however it is still functional. All went fine until the end when it finally restarted and gave a message" contact Service in white and the screen was a ll black. I tried to switch off but it was all non responsive. Chosen Solution Have pulled the back off the unit but can’t find the fuse to replace it I can’t tell for sure, but after looking at pictures of the back of the unit, it looks like the fuse may be inside of the power jack. If the jack looks like this up-close, you may be able to pop off a small cover to change it.
Chosen Solution Basically, my Samsung A8’s screen is broken. It’s not the usual broken screen where the part you touch is cracked, it’s more internal. To provide some context, it had a strong case and glass protector, and was thrown hard on the ground. Cracks can be seen when looking at it, but they cannot be touched. I know that it works because it vibrates(from notifications/turning it on), and the light near the front camera turns on....
