Update (10/21/2017) How do I fix the problem. mdolf67 across the screen implies horizontal lines. Those could be a bad panel issue. This should however not stop you from turning it on. If that is what you mean by “cut on” If you mean something different by that you want to post some pictures of what your screen shows (lines and all) with your question....

White screens are usually indicative of a bad hard drive or corrupted boot system. mrbruce300 on your monitor this just means that only your backlight is on. You will have to check the video source and see if it is connected etc....
Chosen Solution Turn TV on have sound but picture is dark, it’s there but too dark to see, like a negative. This is a question. ktventuresinc just going by your description, this sounds like a bad backlight array. IT all depends on how dark your picture is. We would have to see what you see. Chosen Solution You click button given it restarts starts, but your back where you started when tablet starts back up????? Try putting it into recovery mode (Turn phone off, hold down power, vol up and home all at the same time), go into wipe cache partition and wipe the cache, then select reboot the system now and let it boot up normally. If that doesn’t work you can try backing up your data doing a factory reset from the recovery mode....

Chosen Solution Needing to boot to thumb drive to reinstall Windows 10. put your thumb drive into your machine with the power off. press the power button then begin tapping the f12 button until you get into your boot menu. from here use the directional pad to select the usb drive to boot to. From there you will boot into the windows 10 setup.

OK, tapping cover helping in this issue, (now I am using my ps4 Vertically to read the disc and after that I put console in normal position and it works perfect) What cousing the problem?
