Chosen Solution on the 3ds there is an antenna . the 2ds doesn’t have it you dont need to cut any cables, you can setup a PIN code to access the options and just delete all the internet connections and set the pin code up so that nobody can access the settings to setup a connection, pretty much the same effect as removing the WIFI antenna..
