I know that there is a tear on the left shift key pad that I found after removing the key to clean a sticky substance that I thought was the issue. U would have to remove the complete top cover by removing the screws sitting at the bottom and lift the top cover up as a whole to get to the keyboard....

Chosen Solution My nailer took a tumble down the stairs and broke the metal bracket that the “no mar contact tip” attaches to (part of the depth set mechanism and the piece that sticks the furthest away from the body of the tool.) I’ve searched all the parts websites and it seems every o-ring and screw and other part is available, but I cant find this one and can’t even find a good name for it....

Remove the back off of your TV and take a look at all off your boards. Chosen Solution How to repair hinges…. you have to buy a new or used bottom casing for your laptop, then transfer all the components to new bottom casing. takes about 2 hrs. I should say it took me 2 hrs depending on your experience. use an anti static wrist band to prevent damaging main board.
