Chosen Solution Has anyone tried swapping out the mbp 2012 13” keyboard for the mbp “13 2016 touchbar keyboard? I wanta know if it’ll work The 2012 13” & 15” keyboards where the pinnacle of design and function! Sadly, Apple went to the delicate Butterfly design which has tons of issues from the better Scissor design! The MacBook Pro’s from 2016 onwards to 2019 all have the Butterfly. The first throw back to the older design (now called the Magic Keyboard) was the 2019 16” model within a year all of the Macbook Air and Pro’s were using the better Scissor design Sorry, you can’t swap out the Butterfly for the better Scissor as the frame and dimensions are very different as well as the means of mounting (screws in the older and now rivets on all of the newer ones)

It’s probably 90-120W; look for a label with the voltage (should be 19.5V) and get the amps. You’ll know for sure, with a calculator: V(Volts, 19.5 but verify to be sure)xA(amps)=W(Watts). Take the final number you got on your calculator, and find one that meets or exceeds the factory unit....

Chosen Solution I got a Hitachi 24in lcd flat screen. When I plug it in there is a red light in lower left side. I’ve unplugged it and held power button in for over 15 seconds then plug back in. That didn’t help, I held in the power and input button to get to service screen that didn’t work. I put new batteries in the remote that didn’t work. There’s no wires hooked up to it right now....

Chosen Solution After a successful replacement of the glass on an iPad mini 3, the undamaged home button is not functioning when pressed. There are no errors reported on start-up. Given these circumstances, does this mean the connector on the logic board has been damaged? Again there are no signs of damage that I can detect. Assuming you don’t have a teeny microtear in the flex then the MOST LIKELY problem is a parts problem on the screen....

Chosen Solution My home screen, back, and menu buttons won’t work I didn’t drop it or anything, it just suddenly stopped working. I don’t want to buy a whole new phone nor factory reset it. What do I do? Backup your data and factory restore. If that doesn’t work, there is a hardware failure inside the phone that may need replacement.

Chosen Solution So the right side button on my mousewheel is pretty much dead, only when I apply strong pressure it will sometimes notice a click but most of the times it doesn’t. Chosen Solution The screen does not show anything on it how do i fix it? Try reseating the connectors, otherwise, replace it. Make sure it actually turns on even with the blank screen. If it doesn’t, replace the battery.

Chosen Solution I put my sim card in the slot without the tray and it is now stuck inside, I have read tips on how to get it out but none are working. I think it would be easier if I could at least see how deep it is wedged in, I cannot see it at all. Any advice on how to get it out or even have it move just a little will be helpful...

Chosen Solution i accidently uninstalled my display adapter. how do i reinstall it windows boots up but after it does my screen goes blank Alright, so this is what I’ve found. You should be able to restore your deleted display adapter through the Acer eRecovery Management system. You can access this system during the boot up process, which will bypass the need for the display adapter to load, by pressing the hot key (Alt + F10) which will start the Acer eRecovery Management system....

Chosen Solution I’m using the ifixit adhesive mask: IF356-018-1 Google Pixel XL Display Adhesive I followed the directions: after assembly I heated the screen with my heat gun and weighted it down under a giant pile of books for more than 30 minutes (actually, 3+ hours). Everything looked great, so I started updating the phone, and it got warm during these updates… and I noticed the screen had risen up! So now I have the device back under a pile of books....

Today, I put the adhesive on the phone and put the new phone screen in place, but after pressing the screen into the phone, I realized that I had forgotten to put the earpiece and loudspeaker anti-dust mesh in the new phone screen. Chosen Solution I’ve just installed a new screen protector (tempered glass) using UV glue for the first time on a Mate 20 Pro. During the process, the glue leaked everywhere - it slid down the sides, past the tape protecting the buttons, and even into the exposed grill (for the speaker?
