Chosen Solution I replaced the display on my moto g ext 2nd generation but…..-1- I lost a screw; -2- I didn’t know the screws were different lengths until I was done and hadn’t placed them in an order so I’d know which ones went where; -3- I cannot find anywhere online to purchase replacement screws for 2 that the screwdriver messed up the head of so nothing will grab them to remove (had to go back in again which is why I need to get screws out again)....

Chosen Solution is there a diy way to test a hdd with the computer its in? This depends on what you are looking for. If you just want to see the SMART data to verify the SMART status of the drive, there’s hundreds of utilities that do this. I usually recommend CrystalDiskInfo or Hard Disk Sentenial for this. If you want to test the drive to make sure it isn’t failing, the free option for this is to download the testing tools that are relevant to what hard drive you have....
Chosen Solution How do I reinstall my PS3 software on the new hard drive I’m installing? I believe that once you put the new drive in, and boot the console, it will take you through the process of re-installation. I haven’t tried this on a slim, but on fat PS3’s, you just put the drive in, boot the console, and follow the onscreen instructions. If you want to restore your data, you need to connect an external hard drive via USB (With the original drive still in the PS3) and navigate to Settings>Backup Utility, and select “Back Up” and then select your external hard drive....
