Chosen Solution Hello, recently my Macbook Air stopped working. I worked on it as usual when it unexpectedly shut down and I was unable to power it on again. It didn’t react to power button and LED indicator on power adapter didn’t turned on (I even tried another power adapter as I have second Macbook at home). I brought the laptop to Apple Premium Service Provider and after 2 days they returned it saying that Apple Service Toolkit didn’t show any errors and after it somehow turned on they did only reset SMC....

Chosen Solution Hi, I just got my iphone screen replaced from non-apple store. They said that they have plucked this screen from locked iphone 6 and this screen is 100% original. I don’t want to open the screen but is there a way I can identify that the screen is real or not, without opening the phone. The only real way to tell is to open the phone or have a close look at the fitment....

Chosen Solution I have two iPhones, one being an iPhone 4s cmda and the other an iPhone 6splus how can I put the data of both iPhones onto one iPhone 7 plus I would offload the data onto your computer. Organize it. Then copy back to the new phone. That won’t help your apps.

Chosen Solution I replaced my iPhone 6s Plus with a new one from iFixit. I followed all the instructions and everything works fine. However, when I get a phone call I can only hear it on speakerphone. Is there something wrong with a cable connection or did I mess something up? It will have something to do with the top flex assembly. If you removed the screen while doing the battery change, check the top flex connector it is the one furthest down....

Chosen Solution I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2. It started (a while ago, it has been sitting unused since) making a grinding noise, as you can hear in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ij9FwyNL… It’s pretty loud, and much louder in videos recorded on the camera itself. Turning Optical Image Stabilisation off has no effect, so it would seem the noise is on focussing, rather than IS. It’s had very little use, and I don’t think it ever went under water....

Chosen Solution This is a 2.4GHz model. The hard drive immediately spins up upon hitting the power button, but does not go further than that sometimes. Usually has no chime or any other activity what so ever other than just the hard drive spinning up. It sometimes boots normally with chime and apple logo and successful loading of OS after giving it a good 20 minutes of just black screen or sometimes not at all....

Chosen Solution I plug in speakers to my lg g2 phone and the headset icon still appears on the screen in the right side besides the battery icon.now my speakers are not working only I can hear music only if I connect earphones please give me your advice You may have to replace headset connector or modify the contacts which detects, either headset plugged or not. I already changed the headset connector but still the headset icon appears on the screen… I cannot even make calls without plugging the headset...

Chosen Solution Hi iFixit! I repaired an iPhone 8+ screen for my customer , after repair the home button no longer works however it does still work for Touch ID functionality. I have removed and reinstalled the home button and checked all connections - it does this on multiple screens so it isn’t a problem with the LCD replacement. I have not over tightened the screws either on the home button bracket which I’ve read can cause some issues with the home button not working....

Chosen Solution Hi, This lower section appeared while watching a video. We have never dropped the laptop, it has not been overheated, we haven’t moved the hinge much. Could you please clarify possible reasons for this. I am ready to buy a replacement and replace the screen myself. However, there are no screen disassembly video anywhere for Gygabyte Aero 15. Chosen Solution My Alcatel One Touch Pop C9 7041D is Bricked. It wont turn on after attempting to fix a Boot Loop which I made worse. You need to flash the firm ware on it because the one on it now is damaged and cannot self repair like it was trying to in the boot loop. I don’t know how to flash a firm ware because I have never needed to but you can find tutorials online
