You can go through the easy steps first, try a different cord, try a different brick. Most likely though your issue lies with the battery or the board....
Chosen Solution male rca jack broke off inside female rca on rear panel. how do i get it out? @budlight use a drill bit just a bit smaller than the center pin and use either your fingers or a hand drill to gently advance the bit into the pin. Once the bit binds inside the pin you can pulll it out. It’ll take a bit of practice and some fiddling but it’ll work....

But you have to manually nudge it to start the spin. chilij28 that could be an issue with the motor windings (this would be my prime suspect) , bad start capacitor (usually washer motors do not have capacitors but we do not know your model washer) or a bad clutch. If you can provide us with the complete model number of your washer, we should find the right manual and help you out further....
