The short answer is you don’t, there are plenty of guides for replacing the glass or the lcd but not any I can find for complete disassembly. Chosen Solution All of the movie channels are broadcasting in Spanish, which is okay but I don’t speak Spanish. there should be a botton on the remote for SAP and sometimes it is the CC button with a long press. look up your remote commands in the manual.

Based on your description, if an LCD is cracked there is no way to repair it. It will have to be replaced. Post an image of what you see with your question. Use this guide for that. Yes, those two contact springs are part of the standard charger port assembly. You do have to fold it over as the part normally comes not yet folded.
