Chosen Solution can i clean it or do you think its better to replace it?? Always worth a try cleaning it, replacing the charging port requires prying the screen first to get into it which is not a easy thing to do.

Thanks ? in advance…x Unless the mark covers a defined part of the screen, it is likely a defective panel. Sometimes dirt or other foreign matter can get into the screen giving something like that. It is still a screen replacement solution....

So,i have to make boot cd of my original version laptop. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/1… or you can make ‘create system image disc’ on control panel >Maintenance >backup and restore/ or use 3rd party application as like PQ magic or somethings like that recovery option included. This phone has not been around that or even dropped by in or in water. Please Advise Had a similar issue with my note 8 when water got inside it. You can blow it out with compressed air and if that doesn’t work, a toothbrush and some 99% isopropyl alcohol can clean it out....

Thanks in advance Keyboard is in the upper case. You cannot replace a keyboard without replacing upper case. You need to dissasembly computer like in replacement guides. Then remove mainboard and all sub boards, battery and speakers....
