Is this due to a defect in how the gun was built or some other issue? If your darts get stuck, it might be your gun or the darts themselves. The OLED display which is under the glass has gone bad as a result of a drop. Unfortunately the screen on this phone is just as fragile as the one on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and S6.
