I have similar problems but with a weed eater, if the fuel is the kind that you have to mix yourself you may have used the wrong ratio. Chosen Solution I had a short in the PP_VDD_BOOST line due to a shorted capacitor, when I removed it I also removed a good cap from the PP_CPU_ECORE line. My question is can the phone work without the two capacitors? Three images attached for better explanation. When I followed the process to reinsert the original battery (which had a enough life in it to test the system with it back in) also came up with the same error....

I am not sure what this is, or if it needs repair. appears to be a connector to test the logic board. Attached is a photo of what I mentioned.
