Chosen Solution I had my brand new, custom Macbook Air for about 8 months when a 1 pixel horizontal line randomly appeared across the screen. Another week later, 2 more appeared. The power and volume button assembly is soldered to the main logic board, so unless you have micro soldering skills, this repair is out of the average person’s ability to repair.
