Chosen Solution So I heard that after replacing the motherboard the original Touch ID won’t work. How can I pair it with the new Touch ID. So that it works with the new mother board. Do I need buy a new Touch ID or can I program the old one to the new one and how do I program it. You would need the Home button that was originally paired to the replacement logic board, or you would need to get Apple to replace the display so that the home button in the replacement display could be paired with the board....

Chosen Solution I’ve replaced the home button on an ipad pro 9.7 I know there is a black gasket ring on the rear of the button assembly, but the button fits loosely….is there a gasket or spacer that is supposed to be installed on the front of the button to the rear of the digitizer? there is space between the back of the button and the plate that covers it….. what am I missing?...

Chosen Solution Prior to fixing my display my faceID was working fine. So I’m not sure where in the process of changing my display caused for it to stop working. If you damaged the proximity sensor or the ribbon cable it will not work. Does the front camera work?

Chosen Solution When I go to contacts, there is no options drop down menu or anything of that sort. All there is is message, call, and video call. I can’t believe that I actualy discovered by accident. When the contact you search for appears, click on the “pen”. Then “Edit contact” will show up on top. Click on edit contact…there you go.

Chosen Solution drive takes disk and it show nothing in that cd ,some time didn’t recognize dvd/cd. so long time ago i used it . and also problem with battery it drain out quickly about 1h It appears your DVD drive and battery may need replacing, which is not abnormal considering the age of the model. You might only find used parts for this model. Hope this helps ! :)

Chosen Solution my laptop cd player has stopped working, how can I fix this Hi @mackemmick , What exactly is the problem? Can you insert, eject a disc? Can you hear the disc rotate when it has been inserted? Have you checked the status of the drive in Device Manager to see if it is “working OK” or if there are other problems with it? If Win 10 is installed, right click on the Windows Start button, left side of the Taskbar and select Device Manager....

Chosen Solution Some keys on the keyboard are broken. I try to replace the keyboard and don’t know how. dont bother. you have to take the whole thing apart. take off the back plate -> remove the battery -> take out the mother board -> youll see a metal plate held in with plastic dots (those are plastic rivets) you neet to cut them with an exacto knife and then you can get to the keyboard……....

Chosen Solution I dropped my iphone 3gs one day, and it appeared off… Wouldn’t turn on, no apple logo, or anything. When plugged in to computer after holding down the home and power button for a moment apple logo appears and finally the symbol with the usb going to itunes… Itunes says apple is in recovery mode and I must restore….I go through the restoring process and get error 1604. Chosen Solution Hello i have a problem with my pc, when i turn it on everything is good it open and work correctly and monitor too, after few min even if im not doing anythings hdmi signal turn off and the pc is freezed the reset button wont work either, if i shut it down at the switch where the power cable plug in and restart it it do de same or sometime monitor wont have signal at all....
