Chosen Solution Washing machine won’t power up at all. Tried unplugging and holding power button for two seconds, then start button for ten seconds, no change. Plugged back in tested live AC at the outlet and followed all the way to motherboard. All live AC till then. No AC coming out of the motherboard. Disconnected all que to motherboard and inspected for damage to wires, circuits or fuses, nothing visible. Have lots of pics but can’t find a way to upload....

Chosen Solution My headset(s) don’t work. Sometimes they work for like 2-6 seconds. I’ve opened sound in the control panel but the headset isn’t there. It only shows up sometimes when the audio is working. Right now it’s just going off and on all the time. Yesterday it worked if i didn’t move but now it’s alot worse. It is doable, but in most cases unless you are good with a soldering iron I would just replace the motherboard itself. MUCH easier. If you want to replace the DC jack you should get the model number of yours (should be written on the component somewhere when you have taken out the motherboard and can get a complete look at it) and search around on a site such as ebay for the correct one....

Chosen Solution my ipod fell in salt water after 3 days it works when you put it on charger but when you take it out is shuts off Just in case this should still be an issue. Sounds to me like you need a new battery. I could imagine that the LiIon battery did not survive the water exposure.
